I love coleslaw ever since the first time my grandparents introduced it to me with my first KFC meal back home in Jamaica on a busy Friday afternoon. I must admit that this is something I miss as the KFC coleslaw in Canada tastes completely different from what I grew up with. Besides the fact that it tastes different its also green! I have found an easy recipe that brings back memories of eating with my grandparents and perhaps one day I shall share it with you.
Today I will be sharing with you the next best thing, an easy recipe for broccoli slaw that includes bacon! My family seems to love bacon a little too much if you ask me but that’s okay.
