Below you can find a few other resources to add to your lesson plan.
How to Use the Thanksgiving Shapes Clip Cards
First, print the worksheets on regular printing paper.
Second, cut the pages in 2 along the dividing line in the middle. If you want the really quick route, forget about cutting the page. Slip the pages in a Wipe and Write Pocket or a protective worksheet.
Third, demonstrate to your child what needs to be done. Identify the correct shape for each image, and then place a counter or clip on the correct shape.
If you don’t have any counters on hand, use whatever you can find. It could be as simple as coins, pom poms. We actually used the colored pasta from our Circus Color Activity. You can also skip the counters altogether.
Simply slip the worksheets in a protective sheet and allow your child to use a dry erase marker to identify the correct shape.
